Terms & Conditions for
Thought Leadership Collaborations

Effective Date: February 24th, 2025 

Welcome to the Terremetis Agency (the “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our Thought Leadership Collaboration opportunities, including but not limited to podcasts, webinars, interviews, roundtable discussions, co-authored research, and content partnerships. By submitting a collaboration request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership & Usage

1.1 Joint Ownership – Any content created as part of this collaboration (e.g., video, audio, articles, research reports) may be used by both parties for promotional and commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Editing & Distribution Rights – We reserve the right to edit and repurpose content for clarity, marketing, or distribution across multiple platforms (e.g., website, social media, email newsletters, YouTube, LinkedIn).

1.3 Attribution – All parties agree to credit each other appropriately in published content.

2. Licensing & Distribution

2.1 Cross-Promotion Rights – Both parties may share the final content across their respective platforms, provided that proper credit is given.

2.2 Exclusivity – Unless agreed upon, participation in our collaboration does not require exclusivity, meaning you are free to engage in similar collaborations elsewhere.

2.3 Commercial Use – If the content will be monetized (e.g., paid webinars, subscription-based content), terms must be discussed in advance.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

3.1 Private Discussions – Any behind-the-scenes discussions, unpublished materials, or sensitive business insights shared before content publication are considered confidential.

3.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – If necessary, a separate NDA may be required to protect sensitive information.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

4.1 No Guarantee of Results – While we strive to create valuable collaborations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, audience growth, or brand visibility.

4.2 Responsibility for Statements – You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any statements made during the collaboration. We are not liable for any misinformation, copyright violations, or defamation claims.

4.3 Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any legal claims arising from your participation.

5. Code of Conduct & Professionalism

5.1 Respect & Inclusion – We expect all collaborators to engage respectfully, without discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.

5.2 Content Alignment – We reserve the right to decline participation if your content, brand, or values do not align with our mission and standards.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1 Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 5 days in advance.
6.2 Cancellations – Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future collaboration requests.
6.3 Right to Withdraw – We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a collaboration at any time if circumstances require.

7. Consent & Agreement

7.1 By submitting a collaboration request, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights to participate in and share the content created.
• You agree to these Terms & Conditions and will adhere to them.
